Cancellation Policy

Turnaround Time Within a few days of your session, you will receive a private link to a curated selection of images from your session. From this gallery, you will select 9 favorite images to be used in your grid. 7–9 days after your selections are made, your final edited gallery of 9 images, along with your completed grid, will be delivered via our photo delivery partner, Pixieset. Additional edited images may be purchased for $25 per image. Cancellation Policy Due to the extensive preparation required and limited availability, all cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled session to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the session are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued within 48 hours of the scheduled session. We understand that unexpected situations arise and will do our best to work with you to reschedule when possible. However, due to the nature of how our sessions are conducted and our limited availability, rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to schedule availability. In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, we will notify you if the session must be canceled and will work with you to reschedule at no additional charge.
