Refund Policy

All Happy Grid photography sessions are considered custom creative services and due to the preparation, setup time, prop sourcing, and limited availability required for each session, refunds are only available according to the cancellation policy outlined at the time of booking.
 

Please review the following carefully prior to reserving your session.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled session are eligible for a 50% refund

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable

Rescheduling

We understand that illness, emergencies, and unexpected conflicts happen.
 

Happy Co. Omaha will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests when availability allows. However:

  • Rescheduling is not guaranteed

  • Multiple rescheduling requests may require a new booking fee

  • Theme availability and seasonal setups may vary

Digital Product Policy

Due to the custom and digital nature of photography services, all delivered digital images and completed Happy Grid collages are non-refundable.
 

If you experience any of the issues below, please contact us within 7 days of gallery delivery and we will work to resolve the issue promptly:

  • Missing files

  • Gallery access issues

  • Download problems

  • Technical delivery issues

Creative Style & Editing

By booking a session, clients acknowledge that they are hiring Happy Co. Omaha for its specific artistic and creative style.
 

Refunds will not be issued due to:

  • Personal preference regarding poses or expressions

  • Editing style preferences

  • Theme interpretation

  • Prop variations

  • Child participation or cooperation during the session

Photographer Cancellation

In the unlikely event that Happy Co. Omaha is unable to perform the session due to illness, emergency, severe weather, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, clients will be offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to reschedule at no additional charge
